Shipping

Shipping estimates are available to you during the checkout process. Please select the shipping method you prefer during checkout. Please know that the delivery estimates provided by the shipping service do not include additional time needed to pack and process your order. In all cases, please allow an additional 48 hours to the estimated delivery time for order processing and handling.

Please note! We use United States Postal Service (USPS) online shipping calculation to provide shipping costs. On May 14, 2007, new rates went into effect! Currently the USPS server is experiencing considerable delays providing shipping calculations--consequently this online cart will APPEAR to "hang" if you proceed to Checkout or if you click on "Estimate Shipping". Your cart will go through checkout, however please allow at least two minutes for the page to appear! Our apologies for any inconvenience the USPS shipping server causes your shopping experience.

Returns

We hope that your shipment arrives intact and without damage, however shipping mishaps do occur. In the event that your package arrives damaged, please let us know. If you wish to return any item, there is a restocking fee of 20% on all convenience returns. As stated on your invoice or packing slip, all errors and omissions must must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

All returns receive in-store credit equal to the value of the merchandise returned. There is no refund or credit for shipping charges. In-store credits are issued via Gift Certificates, and are good for one year from date of issuance. Gift Certificates are transferable.
